Programme combines lecture and cultural moments
The programme begins at 10:00 with an opening session, expected to include institutional and educational representatives, namely from the municipality, the field of reading promotion, and education.
The initiative also includes cultural moments performed by students, namely music and dance performances, as well as the recitation of excerpts from The Lusiads in several languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, French, English, German, Japanese, and Mandarin.
Participation of students and the educational community
The initiative is primarily aimed at 9th-grade students from school groupings in Tavira and the Vilamoura International School, promoting direct contact with Camões’ work and encouraging active participation from the school community.
