And When the Baby Slips? comes as an invitation to glide through the charm of sounds floating in the air. Soloist Hugo Assunção, with his deep and velvety-sounding trombone, plays melodies that flow smoothly down the shiny slide, creating glissandos that make both young and old smile.  Between the light-hearted humour of these slides and the nobility of the romantic and contemporary repertoire, this concert offers babies a sound journey where each note stretches, curves and embraces the space, like a first step in music.

Additional Information

There are no reserved seats at Concerts for Babies, and it is the artistic team that seats the entire audience. An adult will remain with the baby at all times.
