Maria Vitória lives in a remote village in the mountains of Portugal and plays football in the local boys’ youth team. Determined to become a professional player, she devotes all her free time to intense training with her father, Nacho. Their routine is disrupted by the unexpected return of her older brother, Bruno, who left many years earlier after a tragic fire that took their mother’s life.
While preparing for the most important match of her life, Maria begins to question her father’s authority and the burden that shapes her existence. Gradually, she seeks a way to break free, understand her true desires, and take control of her own future, away from the shadows of the past.
