At the invitation of the Municipality of Tavira, CiM – Dance Company returns to the city to reconnect with the community, after the remarkable experience of 2009 with Banda Musical de Tavira and Irene Rolo Foundation.

The 'Replicar' CiM project is based on the idea that each person is part of the creation. In collaboration with Irene Rolo Foundation, Banda Musical de Tavira, and D’Dance Company, dance, music and cinema come together in a participatory show, rooted in the territory and the people, that brings everyone closer and builds a collective memory.

Movements created with the people and for the people, in an allegorical procession of intersecting paths. They pass back and forth over an invisible bridge, where there are no sides, no me and the other, no them and us. The bridge, through everyone, is merely the passage to reach the celebration of movement, sound and image. An almost infinite walk, where encounters give birth to the unexpected, in a tribute to life. Invisibly, the place and the landscape transform – and transform us all.
