Ornatos Violeta, Foge Foge Bandido, Pluto, and Supernada are projects that have marked the last decades of Portuguese music and share the genius touch of Manel Cruz.

An unavoidable name and charismatic figure who, since the nineties, has established himself as a cult personality in Portuguese rock, conquering his legion of fans with hundreds of concerts and a sublime musical career.

Manel Cruz is back on stage and preparing the arrival of new songs under his own name, with a lighting design by Frederico Rompante, to allow us to see the singer-songwriter's music and sing his iconic lyrics at the top of our lungs, in a show that will be both exciting and irreverent.

“I started playing solo not many years ago. I didn't really plan it; let's say I started by 'doing a bit,' responding to sporadic invitations. For me, the pleasure of playing was anchored in sharing the stage. Over time, I think I learned to enjoy being there, by myself, facing certain fears that arise when we take ourselves too seriously. It's a stage, a person, giving something of themselves to those interested in receiving it. A journey for each and every one of those present. I was able to realize the importance of the team that accompanies me and puts together this moment with me. That's where my greatest joy lies, along with seeing it reflected in the audience. And cyclically we do an artistic residency to introduce new challenges to the show. And that's what we're going to do in 2025; from the 'raw' tour, we'll move on to a new flavor—we don't know what it will be, maybe in 2026 we'll know in retrospect.”
